At Access Denied, we want to ensure your streetwear fits perfectly, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges on unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the security seal is intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the 'Access Denied' security tags are visible and the garment is folded neatly.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
